Non Agricultural Cooperatives in the activity of technical, personal and household services in the province of Pinar del Río: Development, limitations and proposals to improve its management

Abstract

The Economic and Social Politics's Limits, proven in the I SAW Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba, they express in their letter, the necessity to create cooperative in diverse sectors of the economy; particularly, the number 308 indicate: ¨Introducir not forms state of administration in the trade, in the fundamental thing in the gastronomic, personal services, technicians and of domestic use (Communist Party of Cuba (PCC), 2011). The implementation of the limits is summed up with the approval of a group of norms by the middle of the year 2012, among them the Ordinance Law 305 and, 306 and the Ordinance 309, besides a group of resolutions, what facilitated the approval in October of 2013, of six cooperatives, starting from the patrimony of two State Companies, in the county of Pinegrove of the River like initial experience. 

How does the environment behave regarding the cooperatives? 

Why not in all an emprendiment is appreciated that produces substantial transformations in the administration of these organizations? 

How is it appreciated the execution of the values and principles of the cooperativismo in these cooperatives? 

The answers to these queries and the presentation of proposals constitute the objectives of the present work, where the main tendencies, problems and deficiencies are studied that affect to the cooperatives in the full development of their economic administration - social, as well as their impacts.
